U66, seen on Dublin's Eden Quay on September 5th 1967, was one of 28 dual door conversions of the 38 U class buses of 1954. Originally only U71 to U88 had a route number display, but all dual door buses in the U51 to U70 batch were also fitted with them on conversion. (Photo copyright John Bristow).
